   This website is run by Hennerton Golf Club Limited, Crazies Hill Road, Wargrave, Reading, RG10 8LT ("we", "us", "the club"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. What information we collect

• Enquiry forms: when you send an enquiry (for example a Christmas party, event, private hire or general enquiry) we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and any message you include.
• Bookings: tee time and range bookings are handled by our booking partner, BRS Golf. Their own privacy policy applies when you book.
• Members' area: if you are a member and log in, we process the details held on your membership record.
• Email updates: if you sign up or are a member, we may send you club news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Website usage: if you accept cookies, we collect information about how you use the site (see section 7).

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange any booking or event
• To manage memberships and the members' area
• To send club news and offers where you have agreed to receive them, or where you are a member or have recently enquired (you can opt out at any time)
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it (only if you accept cookies)

4. Our legal basis

• Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract (enquiries, bookings, membership)
• Our legitimate interests in running and promoting the club
• Your consent (analytics cookies and marketing emails, where consent is required)

5. Who we share it with
   We do not sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the club and website, under appropriate agreements:

• ClubView (website and members' area provider)
• BRS Golf (tee time and range bookings)
• Google (website analytics via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
• Mailchimp (club emails)
• FormSubmit (delivers website enquiry forms by email)
• Pure Golf Media (our marketing partner, who receives and helps manage event and Christmas enquiries on our behalf)

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you
• Membership records: for the duration of membership and up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes
• Email list: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: up to 14 months

7. Cookies
   Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. No analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept cookies" on our banner. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

8. Your rights
   You have the right to:
