1. Pro-rata Subscription Rates

The golf year runs from 1st May until 30th April; a pro-rata rate will be given for those joining within the year.

2. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque (payable to "Hennerton Golf Club Limited") and credit/debit card or direct debit, please note that credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee. For information on the direct debit scheme, please contact the Pro-shop.

3. Partner Discount

This is set at 5% per partner and is valid for those living at the same address. Juniors do not receive a discount.

4. Junior Applications

Junior applicants age range is 10-18 years, however, younger applicants are considered by the Golf Manager once an assessment has been carried out on their golf and enthusiasm.

There are no charges incurred for transition from junior to student/intermediate and full. The transition from membership category is automatic.

5. Bar Credit Scheme

The initial amount of £60.00 of Bar Credit must be used before the end of the club's financial year, i.e. 30th April, or be forfeited. A pro-rata rate may be requested if joining during the club's financial year. Bar Credit is not included, but may be requested for juniors, students and intermediate members. The Bar Card allows a percentage discount of all drinks purchased at the bar.

6. Golf Insurance

Provided by Golfguard Ltd. Annual cover renewed by the club from the 1st May. Arranged for accidental damage personal and third party at any recognised golf club in the UK or abroad. Details of cover available on request. This is not applicable to Social Members.

7. Golf Union Subscription

Affiliation with Berks, Bucks & Oxon Union, English Ladies Golf Union and Ladies Golf Union. The unions oversee and licence the handicapping system set by CONGU (Council of National Golf Unions). Subscription fees are set by the unions. This fee is not due if you already pay BB&O fees through another club. This is not applicable to Social Members.

8. Registration Fee

This is a one-off charge and as such will not be charged to those rejoining the club.
